We want you to feel confident when you buy from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days from the purchase date for a refund.

To start your return, email us at support@sugarmute.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will send you the RMA number and the return address. Please include the RMA number with your package. Once you ship the product back, email us your RMA and tracking number so we can follow your return. Please note: customers must pay for return shipping.

You must send back the product in good physical condition with all original accessories. Products that are damaged, incomplete, or returned after 90 days may not qualify for a refund. Certain items like gift cards, downloadable software, and some health or personal care products are not returnable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed quickly and sent back to your original payment method. Exchanges are only possible if an item is defective or damaged.
